Hallie Zobel grew up in an Air Force family, living all over the world prior to her father’s retirement in Orlando, Florida. It was here she completed her secondary education. From a young age, it was apparent Hallie was destined to be a lawyer, proven and shown through her Career report in High School. Throughout high school, Hallie volunteered at a local nursing facility, and enjoyed leading the residents in arts and crafts projects. After going out of state for law school, she returned to the Central Florida area to be near family where she began her 35 year career in Sanford, at the Eighteenth Circuit Court State Attorney’s office. She served in each division of the office, prosecuting felony crimes, misdemeanor crimes, and juvenile crimes.
After five years, she entered private practice, where she would remain for ten years, handling various criminal defense matters and civil litigation. Bolstered by her extensive experience, she transferred her practice to the realm of estate planning, probate, guardianship and trust administration.
Estate planning involves the strategic arrangement and organization of your assets, properties, and affairs to ensure their smooth transfer and effective management in accordance with your wishes and legal obligations upon your passing. It is a way to safeguard your legacy for your loved ones.
When a loved one passes away, it can lead to various legal challenges, including the need to transfer asset titles, address creditor claims, and file tax returns. While certain matters can be managed by the decedent's family, certain issues may necessitate the guidance and support of an attorney.
